Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been packed and handed to Australia Post.
Orders placed after 2PM AEST are processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates
We offer a flat‑rate shipping fee of $4.99 Australia‑wide. Shipping is free on orders over $40.

Carriers
All orders are shipped through Australia Post using the Priority Letter service.
Order Tracking
Australia Post Priority Letters do not include tracking. You will still receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Delays
As stated in our Terms of Service:
“All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.”
Weather events, public holidays, and carrier delays may affect delivery times.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at sleekstylish044@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will work with Australia Post to resolve the issue.
