Returns and Refunds – 30 Day Guarantee

We offer a 30 day return or refund guarantee. You can return your item for any reason within 30 days, including change of mind, as long as the item has not been worn.

To start a return, email hello@sleekandstylish.com.au with your order number. If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please include clear photos of the issue. Returns sent without approval cannot be accepted.

Eligibility Requirements

For change‑of‑mind returns, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Items that show any signs of wear cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

For change‑of‑mind returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping cost.

Non‑returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on worn items, sale items, or gift cards.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us immediately with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
