Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on jewellery.

We only offer a return or refund if your item arrives:

  • faulty,

  • damaged, or

  • incorrect.

If this happens, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at sleekstylish044@gmail.com with:

  • your order number

  • a photo of the issue

Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.


Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, the item must be:

  • unused

  • unworn

  • in original packaging

We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed faulty or incorrect, in which case we will cover the cost.

Non‑returnable items

We do not accept returns on:

  • change‑of‑mind purchases

  • sale items

  • gift cards


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us immediately with photos so we can fix the issue quickly.
